The Chuvash Biennale of Contemporary Art is accepting applications for mediator training program. We invite everyone who wants to take on this role and become a part of our team. This is a great opportunity to immerse yourself in the world of contemporary art and gain new experience. The only requirement is your genuine desire to learn and grow.

A mediator is a specialist who helps viewers engage with artworks through dialogue. They do not simply convey information but create a space for reflection and discussion. The mediator’s goal is to make art accessible and intimate for everyone.

  • Facilitates lively discussions where all opinions matter;
  • Creates an open and safe atmosphere for conversation;
  • Guides the viewer without providing ready-made answers.
